Masters meet competitor Alan Andrus showed the youngsters how tough a 60 year old competitor can be when it comes to entering the Bearpowered Hall Of Fame.

At an awesome looking 147 pounds, Alan definitely showed the bar loaded with 310 pounds who the boss is.

It doesn't look like it will take long for Alan to blast through the 2.5x and, perhaps, the 3x barriers at the rate he's going!

Alan is definitely showing some of us old couch potatoes that there's enough potential in our bones to get back into competition. No doubt he's showing a lot of the younger competitors too!
