Kimberley Small hoisted no small amount when she reached the 2x bodyweight level with a 260 lb effort. From her successful effort, Kimberley looks like a 2.5x effort is not far away.

Tiffany Ikeda-Simao showed her lifting power by raising 240 lbs with her 116 lb frame. Tiffany’s finger-tip grip makes her lift look almost like levitation (she was obviously dropping the weight as it passed her knees!!!). It won’t be long before Tiffany shows her magic again with a 2.5x lift.

Matthew Muehlstein was not about to allow an all female HOF entry day! Matthew coaxed 225 lb of metal off the ground with a solid effort from his 112 lb frame.

280 is the next level for the Mighty Muehlstein Lifting Machine on his way to 3x bodyweight.
