Phil Burks decided not to waste any time at the lower lifting levels.

He just blasted his way to the 3x bodyweight level!

This budding 400m superstar is definitely on his way to some big drops in time based on his ASR speed runs and his dedication to solid strength training.

Congrats to Phil on a truly outstanding increase in strength!
