Elevated Pushup
Place feet securely on elevated surface, then perform a standard pushup. Make sure to hold abdominal muscles as tightly as possible. Use weight rack if available and continue to move the bar up as strength increases. A doorjamb pullup bar can be used if a rack is not available. If none of the above is available, use countertops or an available wall!
